We employ world class Instructors to deliver experiences to guests in the world’s most capable vehicles. Providing guests with the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a Land Rover or Jaguar for an exciting experience. All our Instructors are knowledgeable experts of these vehicles, have a passion for the brand and for customer service.
We employ Tour Hosts, who deliver manufacturing tours and take guests through every stage of the assembly process including the sheet metal press, robotic body construction, body in white and paint shop before delivery of the final product. All our Tour Hosts are knowledgeable experts, some have retired from working at JLR and others have a genuine passion for JLR and the vehicles. Passing on knowledge to customers in product build, the history of the site and Lean Manufacturing, as well as ensuring customer first behaviours and being safe professional and legal, which are some of the behaviours and skills we look for in our Tour Hosts.
We employ support staff, including Event
Management staff, Fleet Administrators and Receptionists to name a few,
who co-ordinate all of the events and experience days to ensure the
guests have a fantastic day, from the minute they book their experience
through to arriving at the venue and being greeted by professionals in
their field to being introduced to their vehicle. Hosting guests
is a very important part of the experience, ensuring guest satisfaction
is paramount.

In order to assess your suitability for the Support roles, which include Receptionists, Business Administrators, Event Coordinators, Fleet Administrators and Project Managers to name a few, there are six core competencies which have been identified as important to the role.

We employ full-time permanent staff but to meet the varying demands of the business we also employ mutually agreeable zero-hours contract staff, (e.g. staff who have other part time jobs or are semi-retired).

Every employee receives 34 days paid holiday per annum, Pro-rata for Part-time staff.
Due to the nature of the business, Holidays must be taken when your venue is closed, i.e. over the Christmas period.There is auto enrolment to the NEST Pension Scheme, subject to hours worked.

We run the Cycle to Work scheme which allows employees to purchase bikes in a tax efficient way.
Free eye test through ‘Specsavers’ and a contribution to glasses for all qualifying staff.
Staff can claim business mileage for journeys over and above their normal place of work.
Business expenses can be claimed through our approved Expenses Process on outside events.
Training and development within JLRE/CSRM plays a very important part in all areas of the business. Vehicles are changing constantly and all our staff need to be ahead of the game in their product knowledge. Access to the JLR ‘Excellence Site’ will be provided at the start of your employment along with JLRE training days to improve your skills.
