Central Staff


CSRM currently employs over 60 staff.

To manage their needs and the needs of the Customer we have a central team of two people with backup from the two company directors:

Jackie Hensher is the HR Manager and is the first point of contact for the Customer and CSRM Staff. Jackie looks after the day to day business management, recruitment, staff development and training. Jackie
Samm Collingwood looks after pay, expenses, quotes, invoicing and customer reports. Samm also assists Izzie with some of the lengthy seasonal tasks such as end of year etc. Samm
Steve Vaughan is the founder of the business and is responsible for the long term strategy and general business management. Steve
Izzie Vaughan is the office manager primarily looking after high level financing and company accounts. Izzie
