To manage Staff needs and the needs of the Customer we have a central team of two people, with backup from the two company directors:
| Jackie Hensher is the HR, Compliance, and Account Manager with CIPD accreditation and a proven track record as a people-focused business leader. Specialises in developing impactful HR strategies, fostering employee engagement, and driving growth. Oversees performance reviews and disciplinary processes in line with employment law. | |
| Samm Collingwood is the Finance Manager with professional accounting qualifications, responsible for generating quotes, managing invoicing, producing financial reports, and overseeing staff payroll. | |
| Steve Vaughan is the founder of the business and is responsible for the long term strategy and general business management. | |
| Izzie Vaughan is the office manager primarily looking after high level financing and company accounts. | |
