To manage Staff needs and the needs of the Customer we have a central team of two people, with backup from the two company directors:

Jackie Hensher is the HR, Compliance, and Account Manager with CIPD accreditation and a proven track record as a people-focused business leader. Specialises in developing impactful HR strategies, fostering employee engagement, and driving growth. Oversees performance reviews and disciplinary processes in line with employment law.
Samm Collingwood is the Finance Manager with professional accounting qualifications, responsible for generating quotes, managing invoicing, producing financial reports, and overseeing staff payroll. Samm
Steve Vaughan is the founder of the business and is responsible for the long term strategy and general business management. Steve
