We are a resource management company, (not an employment agency), and are always looking out for outstanding people to work with our customer Jaguar Land Rover. See the bottom of this page for the latest vacancies.
So if you think your background might be of interest to us then join our Talent Pipeline by sending your CV and a covering email using the Contact page. If we feel you have the right key skills, we will keep your details on file and contact you as soon as a vacancy occurs. Our staff turnover is enviably low but we occasionally need replacements and often need new people to match expansion in the following roles:
- Guest Reception
- Tour Hosting
- Event Management/Organising

In the past few months we have recruited event staff, tour hosts, reception and accounting staff. We employ all the roles associated with any normal business plus some specialist roles related to the exciting operation of the Jaguar Land Rover Experience venues at:

We employ full-time permanent staff but to meet the varying demands of the business we also employ mutually agreeable zero-hours contract staff, (e.g. staff who have other part time jobs or are semi-retired).
All staff enjoy 34 days annual holiday, (pro-rate for part time staff), paid training, mileage costs to sites other than the main place of work, free or assisted purchase uniform, tax efficient benefits such as the Cycle To Work scheme, Childcare Vouchers and employer pension contributions.
We use competency based assessment in recruitment and performance reviews.

- Instructional Skills
- Off Road Driving
