We employ world class Instructors to deliver experiences to guests in the world’s most capable vehicles.  Providing guests with the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a Land Rover or Jaguar for an exciting experience. All our Instructors are knowledgeable experts of these vehicles, have a passion for the brand and for customer service.

We employ Tour Hosts, who deliver manufacturing tours and take guests through every stage of the assembly process including the sheet metal press, robotic body construction, body in white and paint shop before delivery of the final product.  All our Tour Hosts are knowledgeable experts, some have retired from working at JLR and others have a genuine passion for JLR and the vehicles.  Passing on knowledge to customers in product build, the history of the site and Lean Manufacturing, as well as ensuring customer first behaviours and being safe professional and legal, which are some of the behaviours and skills we look for in our Tour Hosts.

We employ support staff, including Event Management staff, Fleet Administrators and Receptionists to name a few, who co-ordinate all of the events and experience days to ensure the guests have a fantastic day, from the minute they book their experience through to arriving at the venue and being greeted by professionals in their field to being introduced to their vehicle.  Hosting guests is a very important part of the experience, ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount.

We use competency based assessment in recruitment and performance reviews.

Competencies are a mixture of skills, knowledge and behaviours which are required to perform a job well.

In order to assess your suitability for Instructor/ Tour Host roles there are nine core competencies which have been identified as important to the role and vary slightly between roles, as below:

CURRENT VACANCIES:

 

EASTNOR VEHICLE WORKSHOP CONTROLLER

An opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Workshop Controller working within the Jaguar Land Rover Experience based at Eastnor near Ledbury. The working hours will be 8.00am until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday with the requirement to work weekends and unsociable hours when necessary.

The salary for the role is £25K per annum.

The person will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Ltd, a resource management company with a long term agreement to provide staff at five Jaguar Land Rover Experience Centres.

This position could suit someone with experience of controlling a vehicle workshop, perhaps at a dealership, who has experience of dealing with vehicle repairs and managing technicians.  The job includes a lot of administrative work, co-ordination of the Eastnor fleet vehicles and specialist equipment to support LRE Eastnor. Reporting to the Venue Manager and working with the department senior manager to ensure the right vehicle is in the right place at the right time.

The ideal person for this role would be process driven, have a knowledge of controlling a vehicle workshop, with some Fleet Management experience, an understanding of Health and Safety, COSHH, and Environmental procedures, with excellent PC skills along with good communication/written skills and an awareness of Vehicle Tachograph requirements.

If you have great organisational skills with attention to detail, are self-motivating and a team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision and able to support a large number of activities simultaneously this could be the role for you.

The role will require the successful candidate to drive Jaguar/Land Rover fleet vehicles therefore, you must be 23 years and over with a full clean driving licence.

FULL TIME  DEPUTY MANAGER -SALES/MARKETING/EVENT EXECUTIVE

VIP VISITORS CENTRE SOLIHULL

A very exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Sales/Marketing and Event Executive with Deputy Manager duties at our customers prestigious VIP Visitors Centre based within Jaguar Land Rover in Solihull. 

The annual salary for this position is £32K working 45hrs per week over 5 days 8am to 5pm Monday to Sunday.

The person will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited which is a resource management company.

The successful applicant will be a passionate sales and marketing person with the ability to identify, capitalise and close on opportunities both self-generated and inbound.  They will also be a highly motivated individual with the enthusiasm and drive to achieve targets, ideally with proven experience within a customer service environment, with event management skills. Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills with a good command of written and spoken English is vital along with a true passion for meeting and exceeding guest expectations.

An appreciation of a premium product and excellent communication skills are essential as well as a passion for the Jaguar Land Rover Brand and the ability to be flexible and work as part of a team.

To succeed in this role you will also need good organisation and planning skills.

The role will require the successful candidate to drive Jaguar/Land Rover fleet vehicles therefore, you must be 23 years and over with a full clean driving licence.

Every employee receives 34 days paid holiday per annum, pro-rata for Part-time staff.
