We employ world class Instructors to deliver experiences to guests in the world’s most capable vehicles. Providing guests with the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a Land Rover or Jaguar for an exciting experience. All our Instructors are knowledgeable experts of these vehicles, have a passion for the brand and for customer service.

We employ Tour Hosts, who deliver manufacturing tours and take guests through every stage of the assembly process including the sheet metal press, robotic body construction, body in white and paint shop before delivery of the final product.  All our Tour Hosts are knowledgeable experts, some have retired from working at JLR and others have a genuine passion for JLR and the vehicles.  Passing on knowledge to customers in product build, the history of the site and Lean Manufacturing, as well as ensuring customer first behaviours and being safe professional and legal, which are some of the behaviours and skills we look for in our Tour Hosts.

We employ support staff, including Event Management staff, Fleet Administrators and Receptionists to name a few, who co-ordinate all of the events and experience days to ensure the guests have a fantastic day, from the minute they book their experience through to arriving at the venue and being greeted by professionals in their field to being introduced to their vehicle.  Hosting guests is a very important part of the experience, ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount.

A very exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a eCommerce Coordinator within Jaguar Land Rover Experience based at NAIC Warwick University Campus Coventry/Home working with the requirement to travel to other Jaguar Land Rover Experience Sites in the UK.

The person will be employed on a full-time contract by CSRM Outsourcing Limited which is a resource management company.

The role will be working with the JLRE eCommerce Manager to support the development and maintenance of the online look-book-pay platform for JLR Experience Owned Venues.  Contributing to the acceleration for the digitisation of the customer journey.  Working across website CMS, Checkfront booking platform and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities within those areas can be outlined as following:

  • Supporting the development of our global platform by:
    • Providing input to requirements and briefs
    • Gathering feedback from Owned Venue end users on proposals and systems
    • Supporting User Acceptance Testing
    • Supporting competitor benchmarking and research on software/platforms available
  • Supporting the maintenance of our global platform by:
    • Performing regular audits of booking platform configuration and putting in place improvements and enhancements.
    • Performing regular audits of Owned Venues web content and actioning updates and corrections.
    • Performing regular audits of booking notifications and actioning updates and corrections.
  • Owned venues product launches and campaigns:
    • Gather requirements for new products and campaigns from Owned Venue teams
    • Write comprehensive briefs for website requirements and booking platform configuration
  • Provide dedicated Owned Venues hypercare:
    • Support with Owned Venues specific issues to ensure that requirements are briefed in comprehensively
    • Work with agency partners to manage the resolution of Owned Venues specific issue
  • Support critical Enterprise Resource Management projects where required

Skills, experience and qualifications required 

  • Proven track record in usage/knowledge of online platforms
  • Exceptional organisational, time management and project management skills. (Agile methodology preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills, documenting business processes, requirements and user stories
  • Strong testing skills
  • A creative mindset with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of new technologies, digital media and web technologies
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, enthusiasm, commitment and confidence to achieve goals of team and self with minimal supervision
  • Appreciation of the Jaguar and Land Rover business and knowledge of its core products

Every employee receives 34 days paid holiday per annum, Pro-rata for Part-time staff.

Due to the nature of the business, Holidays must be taken when your venue is closed, i.e. over the Christmas period.
