Central Staff

CSRM currently employs over 100 staff. To manage their needs and the needs of the Customer we have a central team of six people:

Steve Vaughan is the founder of the business and is responsible for the long term strategy, contracts, pricing, legislation, and general business management. Steve
Izzie Vaughan is the office manager primarily looking after financing and accounts. Izzie also oversees invoicing and pay so is a key person in the organisation. Izzie
Jackie Hensher is the HR Manager and is the first point of contact for HR matters for the Customer and Staff. Jackie looks after the day to day management, recruitment, staff development and training. She spends most of her time working on the Customer's premises so is not often in the office. Jackie
Samm Collingwood looks after pay, expenses and invoicing and also assists Izzie with some of the lengthy seasonal tasks such as end of year etc. Samm
